Hello all.
As i seem to be the only Dane on this exelent forum, I would like to contribute with my plans.
At first all the small parts are going to be made out of acryllic, because this is the hardest material i can convince my customers to rout. Their macines is made for routing printed circuit boards, so putting a 10mm aluminum blok on them, is NOT their preference.
The guides are Hepco guides, these are some I salvaged from rebuilding some of our Xray drilling machines. The stepper drivers are from an italian company, and pulled out on the same occassion, aswell as the steeper motors.
At first I'm going to use a standard 10mm threaded rod, and custom made delrin nuts.
I've dessigned this machine with a moving table, as I really don't like the gantry's. They look a little bit to flimsy, imo ( probably going to be flamed for this

) And I want a accurate and sturdy machine.
The working area is going to be app. X 250mm (9,8") Y 300mm (12,5") and a Z height of 40mm (1,5")
Any comments and suggestions, are highly appreciated.
And again thanks to Lou, for cutting those 3d guides. Unless you haddend done that, I would'nt have gone this far with my plans.
Regds
