    Mach3 guidance

Hi, I'm from UK and new to this form, so hello to you all. I have built my first CNC router and will be using mach3 and have in-counted few problems.

The Artsoft video's tutorials are good, but somebody with mach3 background would be of great help for guidance.

    Thanks
    Nim

    Hi Gerry,

    Thanks for your quick response,

I am trying to load a small cutting sample onto mach3 and cannot see the g'code on the screen?

The sample file is saved as N2.Ink

The Macg3 screen file is showing

    C:\User\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows|Recent\N2.Ink

    Thanks

    Nim

Try renaming the file to N2.txt or N2.nc

Gerry, my guess is that the file extension is .lnk (.LNK) and it is a Windows link file, not something that can be loaded into Mach3.
