Shade Tree Router

started on my router modeled some what on ger21's with boxed frame and 2" 16 gage ss rails. Size will be 4' x 5' Everything is what I have on hand. I have left 1" overhang over the rails to pour some bedding around the rails after I get everything built. The box is 1x3 with hardboard top and bottom. So far I've bought a
2" holesaw $20.00
drill press $ 5.00
This won't be a fast project as I can only work when it don't rain and my wife isn't sleeping ( she works nights 11 to 7AM ) and its by the bedroom window.

Welcome aboard!

Sounds like you'll be making most of your progress early in the morning before your wife comes home. Just make sure to drink some coffee to wake up before running that tablesaw!
