It's really flaky. Likewise for the free beta version of CamBam but it at least works for me in most respects. CamBam Pro is a free download with no gcode limits, but you can only run it 40 times before it breaks. It tells you each time it starts how many times you have used it. Once you open it don't close it until your gcode runs properly in Mach3. Minimizing it is ok. Mach3 will still work ok while you test the gcode in Mach3. It supports some additional features like bridges that the CamBam beta does not support.

Post your CamBam gcode here and I'll download it and see if it looks ok on my CNC computer. Post it with a .txt filename extension so it will upload to CNC Zone ok.

Ok, I put it on a thumb drive and it's warmed up enough outside to go play in the shop awhile. Will post the results in a little bit. Sounds like you have some sort of computer/Mach3 problem. Display drivers? Don't know.

    Rusty,

Your gcode looks just fine on my Win XP Pro computer and Mach3.

Which operating system are you using? If you are using Vista, download the latest version of Mach3 if you don't already have it installed. Older versions had problems with Vista and I think it was fixed.

No problem Rusty. I'm thankful for all the help I have been getting from others here. We all learn from doing our own thing and watching others doing their thing. I help others when I can.
