Any one know a good cnc foam miller for 3d cad files

Hi i know this i a long shot but fingers crossed you could help.
Dose anyone know or is capable of milling foam from a 3d cad file,to reproduce car panels a link and picture below of what i am talking about.

Actual dimension of the basic cube required to cut the part out would be helpful. It looks a little big for my router though and the shipping from the US would be a problem I guess.

That's the same type of foam blocks that I will make with my 3-axis CNC machine for 3d foam milling that I built yesterday. I just setup the program now and it should run today if everything is properly connected. I will use it to CNC mill foam plugs for custom car parts and bodies, exactly like the one from the photo you posted above. The working volume (max dimensions of the foam block) of my CNC is 1400 x 1050 x 550 mm (length/width/height), which is perfect for my purpose as the local stores sells foam blocks with 1000 x 600 x 500 mm size.
However, being 3-axis (unlike the large and very expensive 5-axis CNC machines) means that the milling cutter will carve only from the top side, and sometimes the more complex shapes (eg. negative walls, very deep holes, openings at the sides and even at the bottom) will require a compound plug (two or more foam pieces milled separately and then glued together to form a multi-sided complex shape). Most (wooden) plugs for rifle stocks, shoes, large rapid prototypes etc are made this way.
