Looking for the best automatic EPS foam sculpturer machine

Hi, I'm looking forward to get a machine to build big EPS foam props of any kind, from animals, to wall textures, cars, even architectural figures, like those you see at Universal Studios and many theme parks. I have read that a 5-axis cnc router is the one best for that, but I have read too that big cnc wire cutter would do. I would like to know which one is best for what I need and where can I get it.

    thanks for all the help
