3D topographical map routered out of foam foam

I'm new to this. Can someone tell me if I can take a topographic map of my property, and somehow reproduce that in a 3D form, out of foam? I have no machines, but am interested in having someone do it for me, if possible. There has to be a way I would think. What would something like this cost to have done? Would it be hard to do? Can someone please HELP?
    Thanks, Mike
