Can somebody build this CNC Router for foam

Can someone build this CNC Router for foam cutting? Would like to have a large foam cutter that does the same as the zystech.com (minus the proprietary telescoping actuator) cutter but for less.

Any positive advice, tips, or guidance is greatly appreciated.

The machine that I would imagine would be the best would come from Big Cnc Routers and Hotwires . They advertise for full scale machining.

For my personal project, I think it would be economically logical to simply hire a company & utilize them until my business got off of the ground.

This guy has a very detailed blog, dp vehicle home, & documents the cnc machine build process.

This is a buddy of mine. He has equipment in that size range and does car body forms, etc all of the time for people. If you have a drawing, he can build from that, but can also scan in your hand made small model and enlarge it to scale.

Which one are you referring to? The machine that was first posted or the evolution of that machine posted in the links?

Looks SUPER EXPENSIVE. There are companies out there that can do this type of work. I've had several PM's from people on the forum. However, I just do not have the budget of Disney, Ford, Boeing, Sony, Pratt Whitney, Hyundai or any other of those companies on that website you posted. Thanks for the link though

Hi, I didn't mean that he would build the machine for you, I meant that you could use his services and equipment until your own business client base is large enough to justify owning your own capability. His prices are competitive with the market or he would not still be in business.
