ACME thread cleaning and lubricant?

What do you all use to clean the ACME threads on your CNC machines? And also can you recommend a good lubricant to use. Thanks. This is for a foamlink FC foam cutter.

well as you can see this forum is very slow, try asking in the diy router forum as there is more activity there and people using acme screws

I use a "Dry" silicone spray lube purchased at home despot...
