Offset-shaft Cutter Assembly

I need to sneak a cutter into a tight location heavily constrained in the Z-direction. It's deep enough that I can't get the geometry I need with a t-cutter alone. I'm looking for something similar to the attached image but with enough structure to support a 22mm diameter cutter and a receiver for a machine instead of an independent drive motor. I don't expect to find the perfect part off the shelf, but I could use some help finding a company capable of making a custom tool. Any suggestions?

You do not mention what mill or spindle this will be used on.

There were some made for Brideport type mills similar to this. Unlikely to get that size of cutter in it. If the machine were CNC, the feature could be interpolated or possibly bored with light cuts, since these setups are very weak.

Thanks One of Many. That part you linked up is pretty close to what I'm looking for. This tool will go onto a CNC, probably something with a 40-taper. Still haven't decided. I was planning on a using a t-cutter with a smaller shaft to get the 22mm cut diameter to happen. How crazy am I? Ha!
