    Cutting HDU

    Hello
Can anyone give me some information on cutting 2" HDU with a cnc router. I'm not sure what tooling would be recommended. I am cutting out sign letters approximately 18" tall, I'm thinking probably .250" cutter would be as large as I can go for the inside corners. Does anyone cut 2" with a router or should this be done with some other process?

Thanks in advance for your time

    Chris

I've cut it before, you shouldn't have any problems. For your reference:

    Hi
Where did you find a cutter long enough, the longest end mill I can find is 1.25 length of cut for .250 diameter.
