Ive got a couple of machines that have issues with the coolant getting nasty real fast. Ive got skimmers to remove the tramp oil, but our stock screen type filters dont even close to removing any of the dirt/scale/sludge from the system. I was wondering if anyone out there knew of a system that might help with keeping the coolant cleaner longer. |

I use a Chiptrap filter. It has a plastic tray that fits in the intake of the coolant tank. You lay these filters in it. they look like scotch brite. It takes like 99% of the swarf out of the coolant. Should ne able to do a search and find them. Good luck. |
