| I received a quote for a new block toolholder that does not require any screws to tighten when changing inserts. It's called a Click Change tooling System. They have holders for CNMG, DNMG, WNMG and VNMG style inserts. I had a 1 inch WNMG style holder quoted @ $389.50. Go to www.clickchange.com to see it. I saw it in the last issue of "Cutting Tool Magazine". They are pricey, but if you hate breaking screws and rounding allen wrenches, it would be the way to go. |
