    Router bit for foam

Hi, Im looking for a router bit for EPS, Poly foam and soft wood (Balsa and Basswood) .I hope some one can point me to the right place.I can find small bits but no big bits I attached a link to a picture of the bits
im looking for. Here are the specs.

    CUTTER HEAD DIMENSIONS: 1.22" (31mm) Diameter X 2.83" (72mm) Length.
    SHAFT/SHANK DIMENSIONS: 1/2" Diameter X 1.5" (38.1mm) Length.

This cutter is also suited to any CNC Machine that takes A 1/2" Shank

I cant find any one in the US that makes this size of bit.Thank you
    for your help.

I cut XPS foam all the time. We use standard HSS tooling for most everything. I have had several custom cutters made by OSG Sossner, and an Italian company Fapil. I have a 2" ball HSS with a 1" shank that OSG made. Long lead time, but it was nice when we recieved them.
I am not sure that you will be able to cut the Balsa and Basswood with the same cutter. All my cutters have upshear to get the chips out of the channel.
