Mattias, www.hornusa.com or www.phorn.de should be able to direct you to their keyway broaching tools. They cut by stroking a broach insert tool into a hole. I suppose you could come up with a method to broach externally as well. Good Luck

add: The horn site is a bit confusing. click on their site then products/catalogs/non-rotating/broaching/ open pdf/ scroll down to info you want.

"internal Keyways"

M-man, I noticed your tag line said "keyways". If you have multiple keyways this can often be accomplished using rotary broaching. Check it out at www.slatertools.com.

Razorform Tools is my favorite for broaching

M-Man (and others),

I used to broach keyways with Horn's broaching tool until I found out about Razorform Tools. They offer more sizes than horn, and their huge inserts got me 5-10 TIMES more parts per cutting edge over horn's flimsy tooling.

They are kind of a small company, but they are great about overnighting me tools and inserts when I have a hot job. They even hand delivered some inserts same day once!

I'm pretty sure they sell overseas. Check them out:
