    carbide insert lingo

I have an Interstate shell mill.
    RFA-500-RD12-150
a quick internet search finds this
    Dorian Shell mills
    and more digging, this
    Dorian-inserts

My question is, what do the letter designations mean? RDHW, RDEX or SEKN?
something to do with geometry I am guessing. The inserts I need are:
    diameter: .472 (12 mm)
    thickness: .1875
    hole dia: .220
    rake angle: +15'

Is Dorian my only source for inserts?
