Looking for a Convex Cutter

I am looking for a cutter to cut a 1.5-mm or 1/16-in radius groove in aluminum. I can find some convex cutters with a 3/4-in diameter, but that won't work for where I need to use it. I need one with a diameter of 0.33-in or less.

Can anyone help me find a convex cutter or router I could do this with? The finish needs to be smooth and I would like to cut as fast as I can, but right now I just need to find something I can use.

Any help would be appreciated.

This is a groove that has to be side milled due to the geometry. I am going to speak with my MSC rep today. He was out earlier. I can't find anything in the Big Book, but I haven't spent much time on the website.
