I'm not new to the forum, I just havent posted before. I am building a 4500x2200x400mm cnc router table with a 3kw spindle, 4x NEMA34 steppers and G203V gecko drives. I've ordered all the parts and now I am waiting on them, they'll be here by tomorrow

I want to know what type of cutters I will need to cut MDF blocks reasonably fast? It will be a 2.5D cut of a plug roughly 2000x500x300mm in size. What type of cutters and sizes do you chaps recommend for a great finish?

I have only cut flat sheet mdf, plastics, polyurethane and polystyrene foam before on a Shopbot PRTalpha and another homemade 600x400 cnc.
