Hex broaching Cobalt Chrome

We are trying (and failing) at broaching F-799 cobalt chrome. We have tried using T15 and M2 grade broaches, but no luck so far. We have tried all different feeds, but the result is about 1 part per piece.

I was just wondering if you had any progress on this? Sounds like a tough project.
