need a tool too do this job

I need to cut a concave arc along a curve that travels 90 degrees. Because of angles and Z limitations I can not do it verticle. That means I need a tool that will cut 90 degrees from the spindle and that can reach a minumum of .120 deep.

Any ideas?

I found a ground radius milling cutter that looks like it will do the job. Now I just have to see if I can add it to my tool inventory.
