I have been trying to figure out this machine for weeks...
The given formula for tool operating speed is
[mm/100*g]
After recieving an e-mail from the guy who wrote the software "g" is said to be RPMs
"mm" I am assuming is the rated chip load or distance between cutters.
I am have no progress what so ever with getting 1 pass decent finish. I'm cutting aluminum 3/16 thick.
The previous guy who worked here put in with this end mill 15K RPMs at .088 or 2.235mm feed rate.
I have no idea how to calculate this and I'm sick of all the guessing with speeds and feeds, going through so much material!!!

PS: The machine itself reads in English which is why I mentioned .088.
