I was wondering if anyone has had any dealings with them lately? I placed an order 2 weeks ago and my order status has never changed from confirmed to shpped. Also no replies via email.

Hi Chris,

Yes we are very much alive! We received your order last Tuesday (6 days ago) and started preparing your order for you, however here in Australia we had a public holiday on Friday (Anzac Day) and so only found all your emails this morning. Please accept our appologies for any delays this may have caused.
