I was wondering if anyone has had any dealings with them lately? I placed an order 2 weeks ago and my order status has never changed from confirmed to shpped. Also no replies via email. Chris    |

| Hi Chris, Yes we are very much alive! We received your order last Tuesday (6 days ago) and started preparing your order for you, however here in Australia we had a public holiday on Friday (Anzac Day) and so only found all your emails this morning.
