Need help with part part made from A-286 material.Citizen L2o/M32 machine. Suggestions for cutting tools/oil/etc..... any help appreciated.

I have had success cutting that material with a UTILIS "Multidec-TOP" insert from Genswiss

The designation I used was:
VPXT 1003035 ER TOP UHM20 HPX - .35mm TNR with wiper geometry and HPX coating

I dont think it's listed on the website or in the catalog.

What kind of operations do you need to do with it? I can help with suggestions if I know more about exactly you have to do.

The Utilys MultiDec tool mentioned is very nice, but limited in what operations it can do. Of course you'll also need a good cutoff tool, but also may need to drill it, bore it, thread it, groove it, etc....
