Star VNC 12 B custom macro problem #9000

I´m new with Swiss lathe, we have a vintage Star VNC-12B with Fanuc 3T and back working attachment.
I lost the custom macro # 9000 for the back working attachment and I can´t make it work.
If someone have the same machine, I will apreciate a copy of the macro.
