Problem with FMB mini turbo 4200 on a DECO 20mm

Hi this is my first post. I have a FMB mini turbo 4200 on a DECO 20mm. All of a sudden the loader is flashing alarm 18 (Monitoring time for bar change has elapsed)? it won't clear? This is what I have done so far, swapped all input/output cards and syncro clutch from another loader and it still has the alarm. It will work in manual operation meaning it will go forward reverse. As soon as I close the main collet on the M/C the loader flashes 18, and if I open the collet the loader starts to feed like normal? this is very wierd never had this problem before. And FMB is now edge technologies and they no longer support this loader and no one over there know's anything about this.
