Hello all.I'm working on a Star VNC 20 and have been trying to get the #1 turret to clamp.We replaced the encoder for #1 and that didn't help.I took the encoder belt off previuosly before replcing the encoder and since then it hasn't been clamping at all.Mechanically moved the solenoid and it will clamp.Original problem was would clamp at times especially if you rapped the tool after it stopped in position.Please help!Fanuc controls

Take out the belt, MDI a T command of this turret. Desired tool will come but turret do not clamp. Turn encoder slowly until turret clamp. Mark this position and put the belt back.
