| Hi gakor petriej has the right idea cut knurl is the only easy way to do it. You can make your own cut knurl holder if you want, & just buy the knurl wheels & washers etc, they are not cheep but are the best way there is to do knurling, here is a link to one of many supplyers of cut knurling tooling http://www.zeus-tooling.com/
