Tornos - Bechler Bar Feeder Activation

Dear Friends
We are imported Used Tornos - Bechler ENC 162 Swiss type lathe With Fanuc 0T control. Bar Feeder working manually But how to operate in Auto mode Program.

We also brought tornos ENC164 (Y.1995) and FMB mini turbo 4000 bar loader.
Everything gets fine in manual mode, except in auto mode....the end of bar signal doese't semms to reach the auto mode, that the bar can be changend.
Strange...with M60 function in MDI mode, i gan change bar easily. In Auto mode, when the program is running, the end of bar signal won't work and mascine is continuosly runnign with the rest of bar. Ayone can help with this?

It seems, that one of the i/o cards on Tornos machine is faulty...it does not send or receive the signal of "end of bar", that the loading of the new bar can be made in means of normaly programming by tornos instructions. Bar loader is FMB mini turbo.
By luck, there is a macro that can be called from machine (G160 H9918), that loads the new bar without any problem. The solution must be made in folowing order.
Write a generic program without any Tornos preparations (g160 h9901...etc), make it last for a n-times (nr. of pieces/bar) and than let it run G160 H9918. It worked for me.
If someone looks for more guidelines, let me know.

Does anyone have a program example for a late 90's Benchler Enc162 with a multibar barfeeder? I program lathes,I need to learn this old machine and do not understand the program format.
