You can always set your turret tools using MDI. Clamp on known dia. Call tool with no offset and command "X" to go to dia. Slide tool out against dia and lock down. For the "Z" zero you must first face the part with the tool that creates your "Zero" then do the same in MDI T2200 G0 X.875 (SLIDE/MOUNT TOOL AGAINST MATERIAL) ******* T2200 G0X0 Z0 (SLIDE TOOL AGAINST FACE) ****** HIS IS HOW THE MACHINE IS DOING IT IN THE PREP MODE. |
