    Shop-made Long Parts Adapter

    Had to turn some parts too long to eject into the parts catcher.

    Came up with this:



    Those long parts... .055" dia by 1.400" length. Gotta love the R04.

    Nice MacGyver. We use a home made one too. We made a bung the same size as the bushing on the parts ejector piston, drill a hole in it and put steel tube through to the back of the collet. I mill off half on the last 12" stickong out the back so you can pull parts off easier and long ones fall nicely.
