Do you have a 4 line, or 8 line system? If it's a 4 line, you'll have to use M61, M62, M63, M64. We have 3 20's, and 2 of them have the 4 line, and one the 8 line-------------John
Hi friens I am tryin to set a Cool blaster system on a L720 lathe machine.
The deal is that I set all in place, then when I input the "B" codes on the MDI mode , the pump dont do anything.

Try turning the coolant on manually or if in MDI turn flood coolant on by code first, single block, otherwise by default it will not turn on...not sure if you're using an older machine or fanuc so it's hard to say ATM, I don't do that crap anymore myself, I let the shop owner deal with that.
One thing that seems to be forgotten most is the need for an IO card in the machine. No card, no communication.

Well I have a five lines system.
You coul see it on coolblastersystems.com

Thanks for your help

Thanks for the answare, I did it before but not good results.

The five line systems use the B codes for on-off.
First things first..................
Does the pump run when you turn the machine coolant on? The high pressure system pump should start when you turn on the machine coolant pump.

Dont work by turning the coolant from the lathe, neither with the B codes.
When I try with MDI mode from the lathe, the page get freeze trying to send the order to the h. presure pump.
As you know, after to write the B code in MDI you have to push the stat buton, so the late sends the signal to te pump, but it screen just guets stock.

Yes I do have power on it
