Does anyone have any experience with picking off on the id of the part with a TF25 type collet. I have a extremely delicate part to machine, it is .035" long, with a wall thickeness of .0055" and has a .032" slot all the way through the length of the part. It is basically a split ring. I know Hardinge has a system on the market. I am curious what others have engineered to tackle similar problems. Thanks Brett |
