Hi I have a problem with one of my sliders that I cant seem to sort out ,Its an old STAR VNC 20 with a 6t control Ive had it years and its a great machine doing some jobs better than my SR20 and my L20 Citizen so I dont want to scrap it yet !! the problem is it keeps stopping at the M90 command (start sub spindle macro) its not the program as it has run this job loads but I did try another program and it still does it ,It moves in manual and it does work sometimes in auto but when I walk away its running when I come back its hanging on M90 ,I finally called in star and he spent 4 hours and hadnt a clue ,didnt help that he wasnt clued up on the VNC much either ,I think its a switch problem but the engineer reckons there all ok ...any ideas lads as Im pulling my hair out Mick  |
