Citizen B12 Alarm Troubleshoot

We recently moved facilities and just started to fire up our b12's. Two of them keep getting a 2007 Door Open Alarm. All of the microswitches for the doors have the keys engaged and do not trip the alarm until they are opened. The 2007 door open alarm trips every time we try to start a cycle, run block by block, slow, etc. Another thing to not is the code "2007" is different from the alarm code specified for an open door in the manual.

We have tried many different things to troubleshoot and figure out what else could cause this alarm and have hit a brick wall. Any input or troubleshooting processes for this alarm would be greatly appriciated.
