been turning small parts for 10years now using STAR machines. It's the same situation everytime I'm running this model.Try to do fast cutting to reduce cycle time, which blunt my tools after a few pieces. For now i'm using DIAMETAL back turning and front turning insert. The best brand I've ever used, and still standing each time. I was hoping out there a few hint or tools that can help me in my daily basis. |
