| I'm using STAR machines for 5 years and producing huge amount of pushers and crowns for watches.Need some advice about milling program cause it's hard to get a good finishing surface with those power driven spindles.I'm using GLOOR cutters and they are the best. Having wavvy cutting surface is the biggest problem and I'm still working on that. Last edited by mkhairi; 08-19-2011 at 01:47 PM. |

Thanks. those staggered really are strong.I've check my spindles concentricity and they are good (0.008) runout.Problem is I'm cutting stainless steel-316L and the tool 20mmx2.0mmx5.0mm hole to fit into a holder with 16 teeth of half round shape that's need to cut 20times each pieces.Maybe you had some answers for it.ANYWAY thank's a lot man.SEE YA..... |
