Hi all, Had a quick question if anyone could help us with our Star ECAS32T. We bought the machine used which included the high pressure pump. Problem is, we can't figure out how to turn the high pressure pump on! I'm told that Air Cut mode disables the HPP. Does anyone know off hand what the M-code is or should be? M25 and M125 turn the 2 standard coolant pumps on. M150 does nothing as well. Also, is there an M-code library in the machine as well? Any help would be great. Thanks. |

| Flood coolant must be on and coolant 1 switch on If its factory pressure at 1.5Mpa the factory will use M125 and coolant 2 switch on now depending on options Star (6.9Mpa plus) will use other M codes to turn these on They usually start around the M1004 -M1020 area if the system was supplied by the factory. There should be documentation in the electrical manual. I am also aware that US do not tend to get factory options and fit the systems locally. The agent who origanlly supplied the equipment should have these details |

As with Many Manufactures, HP coolant codes dont always come from the factory and are sometimes set by the Engineer setting the machine up for delivery. Here are some codes that are used on Ecas machines. They may or may not work depending on your set up. HP M125/M126 Through Spindle M154/M155 M156/M157 M152/M153
