Citizen A20 - and loader not complete

I have a Citizen A20 also, and I can tell you, that however I`m not the religious type, these machines have their own soul. I`ve been doing a part for about two days, everything worked fine, then yesterday it kept stopping with the error code: loader is not complete! But on the bar loader there wasn't an error code. So I checked the voltage, returned to reference, and so on. It wouldn't work. Today it didn't stop, so far. Anyways, I like this Citizen. I might be missing something, I don't know. The service engineer from Citizen couldn't tell me what the problem is. Maybe somebody who has several of these machines with IEMCA bar loaders, who had similar problems will help me out.

This almost always means that the wire that communicates the "Bar Feed Ready" condition is loose somewhere along the chain.
Look at the diagram for the plug interface to determine which one it is.
Then check both sides of the plug, looking for loose connections.
Then follow it into the machine and then into the barfeed.
This is generally tedious but solves the problem.
Bottom line, there is a loose connection or faulty relay somewhere.
    Good luck.
Control the process, not the product!

    Hello...

I completely agree with that....I had the same problem with IEMCA boss 542 attached to Citizen L25.

These I brought from US,I have Citizen operating manual but I dont have Meldas 520 control manual or IEMCA bar loader manual. I tried for a week and it started, but I couldnt change the input to metric. !!!! no logic. If you have IEMCA manual soft copy can you please send it to me on cshas3@gmal.com .

    Thanks in advance
