Hide 9000 programs

I'm just starting to learn to run our Star SR-20RIII after getting our Citizen L20 going. The first thing I did was to backup the 9000 programs, but now I can not hide them again. I have set #3202 PSR=0 NE9=1 NE8=1. I tried PSR=1 also .What am I doing wrong?

Also this is a Fanuc 300is Model A controller.
