turning down ends of nonground stock

Hi y'all. Ive got some nonground stock, 12 ft bars, that I need the ends turned down to fit my collet size. The tolerances on the parts are big enough so I dont think I will have any problems just may have to set guide bushing a little big. Ive heard of box cutter type tools but cant find any information on them. Does anyone have any ideas that can help me?

I "bar prep" on the machine, then flip the bars around.
