Setting live tool angles - Citizen M32

I'm unable to find any information on setting live tool angles (x or y) with 3.985 high block on a Citizen M32. I apologize for my ignorance, i'm just the one with the computer, relaying the info to the machinist at work. thanks

I have set the angled tooling on a comparator,vision system or even a cmm what ever was available.
