iemca ch112 problems

have iemca ch112 barfeed and every time bar end returns barfeed stops just before bar drops into channel can anyone help

I am not sure what you mean by just stops. DOes the bar feed shut off? Does the servo motor stop spinning?

the bar end returns then drops bar end then just before channel opens then barfeed stops loading cycle and after timing out red light flashes on bar feed
when winding manually everything mechanically is free .dont know if a sensor is playing up or not

first zero return the loader and then check the switches or prox sensors .

i guess it is just because of the sensor does not detect the bar end. check out the tightness of the clamps. a faulty clamping sensor is possible, too.
