Hanwah ML12 & Iemca Genius 112???

We have put together a Hanwah ML12 and Iemca Genius 112 bar feeder, we are looking for a schematic for the interface cable, anybody out there with this combination? This thing is giving us fits, even the Iemca techs are baffled.
I also have some general questions about the bar feeder operation as well.

Any help would be appreciated.

My shop just got a Hanwah XD20H with an Iemca bar feeder.
In the next week or so the Dealer and Iemca Techs will be firing it up.
There should be some interface schematics in the electrical manual that may help.
Unfortunately,We will be shutdown until Jan 3rd.
Might have some answers then....

We have it worked out, it would take 3 pages to explain all we went through to get it working, and it still doesn't consistantly reload. We have had the techs out twice and they just made things worse. We are very dissapointed in this bar feeder. Maybe if we bought it new it would have been a different story. The Hanwah runs good.

We have 2 of the Genius 112 and absolutely despise them. Worst bar feed I've every worked with!

This thing has a mind of it's own, you get one glitch worked out and something else starts acting up. Now it keeps stopping after it pulls the remnant out of the pusher and checks to see if it's gone and then it just stops at the point and times out into an alarm. When it works it's great, but it never lasts more than a day or so.
