    DCMT 21.51 insert dims

Anyone know where to find the complete dimensions of a DCMT 21.51 insert?

I've got some coolant thru Micro 100 holders and they spec out that insert. However, when I'm trying to order some inserts from another mfg, they don't know what size the 21.51 is.....

Very common insert size, any worthwhile maker would have it. Some European and.or Asian makers might not show it in it's ANSI designation, but rather tin the ISO designation of DCMT (or DCGT) 070204.

If you tell me what material you are cutting, the surface finish you need to get (please don't say "as nice as possible", give an Ra value), and the cutting speeds you think you can achieve and I can recommend some inserts to try.
