Good Afternoon Guys, I use G84 code to tap a hole. Tapper is fixed(RH tap), workpiece is in the sub spindle. Everything goes well, I'm able to activate rigid tapping, spindle goes forward, it stops and reverse the spin on its way back. There is only one "but" - it spins the opposite direction . I thought to use G74(code for Left hand tapping) but it sounds weird to use G74 code to make RH thread. What am I doing wrong?? Thank You for any answer |
