hello.
things get a bit complicated for my machine now.
the machine is star JNC10 based on a fanuc 2T.
basic problem was an axis hunting during z axis movement. first owner took out the motors, drives and checked them - acc to Him - they are correct.
then they took out the main board to check outside the machine. they said - it is correct.
Now when i started up the machine - it showed alarm no 3 - memory parity error.
clearing the whole memory - machine starts up, alarms 11 and 21 comes up - X and Z axis related parameters. putting all the parameters from hand to nc and restart.
machine starts up correctly but:
- no alarm on the screen
- no hydraulic pump action
- no possibility to make a movement - there is no physical key to choose a mode like auto, man, zero ret.
- a guy who operated the machine before - yes this machine was working a long long time ago - said that the modes are to choose from a screen menu - like a subscreen. but i have no such a screen.
Have You meet the problem like this before ?? I double checked the parameters - they look ok. Also my thinking is - does the screen presence depends on parameters - i think no.
so - what is happening ??? any help could take us closer to solve the problem.
