hello everyone M20 tool life management can use 80 tools,but the tool no. is consistent tooling no. if this do not need 80 tools. when the turret one position install 2 toolings, the tool management only control 1 tooling, everyone can teel mehow to use more tool no. thanks |

| Haven't played with the tool life management in a while, but if I remebember correctly it's picking up on the tool offset # not the location, so why not just use a differant offset # if the tooling changes. You can use a macro to tell the the program what tool you have in the machine, and have the program select what offset # to use depending on what tool your using. |
