You should try your local Sandvik dealer. They have a new type you will like even better than the originals.
Does anyone have a good source for Citizen L20 parts. I need some tool wedges Part #GTF 361003.
TIA

citizen wanted way to much for there's so we just machined our own, we didnt send them to heat treat because we didnt want them to possibly crack like citizens did, and we have had 0 problems so far
Glad to hear you got some. A NOTE; these get bent and cracked because people do not tighten the 3 screws down EVENLY. VERY IMPORTANT! The wedges will last forever if you do this and you will also have better hold on the tool. This has been proven over and over again.
I agree Citizen is way too expensive for what they are. We bought some Sandvik and they are working just fine. I bought them because of time constraints. I'm sure you could make them better and cheaper than Citizen.
Thanks for the replys........
I never tighten the screw closest to the stock very tight(this screw only seems to bend and crack the wedge) I only tighten the top one and and the one below it then just snug the last one but cogsman is right they have to be tightened evenly and we've made a few too that we heat treated and they work great.
does anybody have a link for the sandvik wedges?

Control the process, not the product!
Machining is more science than art, master the science and the artistry will be evident.
Sorry Propro you are right.
