Problem- Komatsu plasma

I have a Komatsu plasma cutting machine, model: KPD0951, controller FANUC OMC,serial No. : 20057.My machine have two problems:
Problem 1: M11 command not execute complete (The machine have alarm 101, I clear all program after that the machine have this problem)
Nomal: when press "start" button,the inital heigh sensor go down after that the torch (Z axis)go down until the inital heigh sensor touch the plate.But to day: when press "start" button,the inital heigh sensor go down,but the torch (Z axis)not go down, after about 30 seconds the machine alarm : can not find inital height.
Problem 2: When run program ,press "start" button the X,Y axis run ok and arc OK but the torch not change the height automatically about 2 seconds after that the torch change the height automatically . I think have to change the start delay time(T-on).But I do not know how to change parameter in AVC box.Could youl help me.
